Happy New Year everyone
– and what a year it's likely to be!
Reminders of Association and other events coming up:
Tuesday, 22nd January Re-adoption of Jason Ablewhite as Police and Crime Commissioner for Cambridgeshire. All Association members should have received details about this important election. It takes place at Burgess Hall in St Ives; registration is from 7.00 pm, with the meeting beginning at 7.30 pm prompt. There's more information here.
Friday, 15th February CPF Dinner with George Freeman MP as our guest speaker. George is chairman of the Conservative Policy Forum (CPF) and therefore very much in touch with the Party's future policy thinking and directions. He is known as a superb and lively speaker – and for having ‘interesting’ views, so expect to have a very memorable evening (and a nice dinner, too). It's at Bourn Golf Club, 7.15 for 7.45 pm. All the details, including the menu for the dinner and booking information, are on this page. We also have a flyer you can print off if you wish to.
Friday, 8th March The Association's AGM – a really important date in our calendar when we review our year and explain our plans for 2019 and outline our campaign strategies. 7.00 for 7.30 pm, Foxton Village Hall. This page has more details.
