• All Members of the Association are most welcome to attend.  Entry is free.
• Nominations for the Officers of the Association:
  • Nominations should be made in writing, duly proposed and seconded, with the written consent of the nominee and received at the Association's office in Hardwick no later than Friday, 3rd February 2017.
• Agenda:
  • President's opening remarks.
  • Apologies for absence.
  • Minutes of the 2016 AGM – A) Confirmation and B) Matters arising.
  • Chairman's annual report.
  • Hon. Treasurer's report and presentation of the annual accounts for the year ending 31 December 2016 for adoption.
  • To appoint an auditor.
  • Award of the January Trophy, The Eynesbury Shield and the Hardwicke Salver.
  • Election of the following Officers:
    • President.
    • Chairman.
    • Two Deputy Chairmen – one with responsibility for political campaigning and the other for membership and finance.
    • Hon. Treasurer.
    • Officers of the Management Team (4).
  • Any other business at the discretion of the Chairman.
  • Address from Bedford and Cambridgeshire Area.
  • Address by our Member of Parliament, Heidi Allen.  If you've not met Heidi or had a chance to talk to her, please do come to the AGM.
