- All Members of the Association are most welcome to attend. Entry is free.
- Nominations for the Officers of the Association:
- Nominations should be made in writing, duly proposed and seconded, with the written consent of the nominee and received at the Association's office in Hardwick no later than Monday, 2 March 2015.
- Agenda:
- President's opening remarks.
- Apologies for absence.
- Minutes of the 2014 AGM – A) Confirmation and B) Matters arising.
- Chairman's annual report.
- Hon. Treasurer's report and presentation of the annual accounts for the year ending 31 December 2014 for adoption.
- To appoint an auditor.
- Award of the January Trophy, The Eynesbury Shield and the Hardwicke Salver.
- Election of the following Officers:
- President.
- Chairman.
- Two Deputy Chairmen – one with responsibility for political campaigning and the other for membership and finance.
- Hon. Treasurer.
- Officers of the Management Team (4).
- Any other business at the discretion of the Chairman.
- Address by our Member of Parliament, The Rt Hon Andrew Lansley, CBE – as Andrew is retiring at the general election, this will be his last AGM as our MP.
- There will also be an address by Heidi Allen, our candidate whom we hope will be elected on 7th May to succeed Andrew. If you've not met Heidi or had a chance to talk to her, please do come to the AGM.
