Special General Meeting

• IT IS ONLY for fully paid up members of South Cambridgeshire Conservative Association of at least three months standing.
• To select a Prospective Parliamentary Candidate (PPC) for South Cambridgeshire in the 2015 general election.
• Venue Cambourne Village College, Sheepfold Lane, Cambourne, CB23 6FR.
• Registration will begin at 9.30 am prompt, when candidates' CVs will be available.
• The formal business of the meeting begins at 10.15 am sharp.
• In order to vote, you must be present for the whole meeting.  If you are not in situ to listen to the first candidate, you will not be allowed to vote.
• There will be no proxy voting allowed - therefore, if you wish to tote in the proceedings, you will need to stay until the end.
• All candidates will give a short speech to be followed by a question and answer session.
