• Nominations for the Officers of the Association:
  • Nominations should be made in writing, duly proposed and seconded, with the written consent of the nominee and received at the Association's office in Hardwick no later than Monday, 25th February 2019.
• Agenda:
  • President's opening remarks.
  • Apologies for absence.
  • To approve the minutes of the 2017 and 2018 AGMs.
  • To receive and adopt the Chairman's annual report.
  • To receive and adopt the audited or certificated accounts for the year ending 31 December 2018.
  • To appoint an independent verifier for the 2019 accounts.
  • Adoption of new Rules.
  • Award of the January Trophy, The Eynesbury Shield and the Hardwicke Salver.
  • To elect the Officers for 2019 / 2020:
    • President.
    • Chairman.
    • Deputy Chairman – membership and finance.
    • Deputy Chairman – Political.
    • Treasurer.
    • Four Management Committee Officers
    • Honorary Vice-Presidents.
    • Honorary members to the Executive Council.
  • To appoint a Data Protection Officer.
  • Any further items to be transacted under the Rules of the Association.
  • Confirmation of the next Executive Council Meeting.
  • Address from Bedford and Cambridgeshire Area.
