  • Minutes of the 2010 AGM – A) Confirmation and B) Matters arising.
  • Chairman's annual report.
  • Hon. Treasurer's report and presentation of the annual accounts for the year ending 31 December 2010 for adoption.
  • To appoint an auditor.
  • Award of the January Trophy, The Eynesbury Shield and the Hardwicke Salver.
  • Election of the following Officers:
    • President.
    • Chairman.
    • Two Deputy Chairmen – one with responsibility for political campaigning and the other for membership and finance.
    • Hon. Treasurer.
    • Officers of the Management Team (4).
