Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Celebration at Elmdonbury, Elmdon On Sunday 13th May in the serene surroundings of Elmdonbury, by invitation of Mr Robert Smith and Family, SCCA President, Dr Ian Calder, the Chairman, Donald Douglas and their Fundraising Team, Dorothy (Chairman), Pamela, Jean, Ann, Deborah, Anne, Denise and Stephen were delighted to have welcomed 90 people to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. We were very pleased that Andrew, Sally, Martha and Charles Lansley were able to join us at this joyous occasion

Political discussion on Austerity and Growth 7.30 pm at the home of Mr and Mrs Robert Cook 18 Green End, Comberton, CB23 7DY There will be light refreshments courtesy of our hostess. A voluntary donation of £5 is suggested to cover her costs.

SCCA Conservative Women's Committee AGM

Harston, Hauxton and Newton Branch Jubilee Hog Roast Harston Village Hall looked splendid, a flower display as you walked into the building and another in the main hall. The chairs had been covered with blue or white backs with a bow on them. Bunting attired the room as did flags and a picture of the Queen and Prince Philip. The evening commenced with a reception drink and a chance to talk with some of the eighty-two people in attendance (88 tickets were sold but sadly some people were ill).
